Supported by a reflective workbook, the program supports lasting behaviour change and real-world application.
The SPARK Resilience Programme was developed by Professor Ilona Boniwell. It builds on cognitive-behavioural therapy and positive psychology concepts to foster emotional resilience and reduce depression.
The program boasts an impressive evidence base with beneficial impact on meaning, resilience, positive affect, and perceived stress outcomes, as well as negative affect and work engagement.
The SPARK model provides a comprehensive framework for coaching interventions as well as an entire organising framework for enhanced individual and organisational resilience through psycho-education and clear actionable strategies and tools.
